Want to use GPS data in your electronics projects? Then the NEO-6M by u-blox (datasheet) is the sensor for you! This low-cost yet powerful GPS receiver is based on the widely popular NEO-6 series of versatile GPS modules developed by u-blox. The design includes a connector for a small battery that allows the GPS module to hot-start, as well as EEPROM for configuring settings. To improve the standard signal reception, the design also includes an external ceramic antenna connected to the board using a U.FL connector.

This breakout board makes it easy to connect this sensor to your microcontroller board or single-board computer such as Arduino, ESP8266, BeagleBone or Raspberry Pi! The five pins correspond to power (VCC, GND), a 1PPS timepulse (PPS), and Serial UART communication (Tx, Rx).

As with all of our Breakout Boards the pin headers are included, but they're not soldered in to allow for different use cases!
