These are your standard female/female, hex standoffs with a #4-40 thread, 7/16" long, 3/16" hex, and come in packs of 4. They're typically used to prop your development boards off the table and avoid the terminals on the underside to cause a short circuit.

The #4-40 screw/hole size we use in most of the holes of our breakout boards, and for most development boards like Arduino and Espressif (ESP8266, ESP32).
