We also carry a tiny Wi-Fi USB Module without an antenna for when you need to add internet connectivity within a tight space!

If you're using a single-board computer like the Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone then you can wirelessly access the internet using one of these high-performance USB modules. This particular model works well with both the Raspberry Pi and BeagleBone boards without the need of recompiling the Linux kernel.

After a couple of minutes configuring the module, you'll have wireless access to any nearby 802.11b/g/n network! This module allows you to make your Internet of Things (IoT) devices cable-free by connecting it to any of their USB ports, giving them a low cost, highly-reliable wireless link. Moreover, the extended range of this particular model allows you to deploy your IoT devices up to 500ft away from an access point!

If you're using this module with a Raspberry Pi, note that the latest Raspbian distributions support it out-of-the-box (check out our tutorial for setting it up). Also, note that a powered USB hub may be needed for increasing the range of the module's signal, so if you're experiencing any flakiness on your connection from a Raspberry Pi, try a hub!
